Terms of Use (EULA)

Thank you for using Countdown AR. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Countdown AR mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by Edward Choe (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Subscription & Payment

Countdown AR offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Refunds are handled directly by Apple via App Store policies.

Virtual Items, Coins, and In-App Features

Countdown AR includes optional virtual items and features such as coins, collectible app icons, visual effects, and other digital content (“Virtual Items”).

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Virtual Items are licensed to you for use within the App and are not owned by you.
• Coins may be earned through in-app activity or granted as part of a premium subscription.
• Virtual Items, including unlocked icons, are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time.

2. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you may restore previously purchased subscriptions or upgrades using the “Restore Purchases” option within the App.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Distribute unauthorized copies or create derivative works of the App.

4. Ownership

All content, code, features, and intellectual property within Countdown AR are owned by Edward Choe. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Time-based calculations, including countdowns and count-up displays, are provided for informational and visual purposes only and may vary based on system time and device settings.

6. Apple End User License Agreement

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available here:

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
